Most Major U.S. Airlines including United, American, Delta, Continental, and LACSA fly to San Jose, Costa Rica from all major cities. From L.A. its approx. 5 1/2 hours, similiar to flying L.A.-N.Y. Once in San Jose, there are a few options to get to Nosara.

The flight takes appx. 35 minutes from San Jose to Nosara. Once you land, it is a 10 minute drive to 7 Oceans retreat.
Delta Airlines just added flights to Liberia International Airport which is a shorter 2.5 hour drive to Nosara and there are several car rental agencies there to serve you.
If you want to see more of the countryside, you can rent a car in San Jose and enjoy a 4.5 hour drive to Nosara.
